Unable to Log in on IPhone app.

I have tried to log in on my iPhone app and it won't recognize my email and password. My app is up to date and so is my phone software. I'm able to log in on a computer to Fitbit, so I know I have the correct log in information. What could be wrong?

It's strange that you're not being able to log in to the Fitbit app from your phone and you are able to do this from your computer. Thanks for trying that by the way!

I would say, make sure that when you're logging in, you're not hitting the "Join Fitbit" options because this will lead you to create a new profile and by doing this, it will say that the email address you're trying to use will not work because it's already used for your existing account. Make sure you're on the "Log in" option.

If this doesn't seem to be the problem, we normally don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, but you could give that a  try and see if that makes any difference.

I had the same problem - nothing works. And definitely used the Login CTA. See here for what I did:

I have exactly the same problem. I can log into my account on my computer with Safari browser, but I cannot log into my account on either my app or on Safari on my iPhone. I changed my password on my computer, but so far the app or the iPhone safari browser won't recognize it and tells me that the email or password is incorrect. This occurred even when I was sitting at my computer and logged into my Fitbit account using that same email and password. I made sure I was pressing Login when trying to do so and no Join Now. I also rebooted my iPhone and then deleted and reinstalled the app. Still it says that i have entered the wrong email or password. Any help is appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment I would like to suggest you to uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone, then install it back and try to log in. If you're still getting the same error message, please try to reset the password through the Fitbit app and try to log in again. If you're still getting the same error message, please reply to me so we can check this further and determine which steps should we take next.
