Today if I click on the search bar to find a food it only allows me to create a custom food - no search results appear no matter what I type. This is the case before and after updating. I also deleted and reinstalled the app.

I'm seeing the same thing. I get no results for any food search and scanning bar codes that I know have worked in the past results in "not found" message.

This is what the app says so clearly a bug related to the new update.

Same here. I noticed it, so I tried updating the app, thinking that would help and it still is not working.😕

Same issue, but only started this afternoon. It was working fine for breakfast and lunch. Hope it gets fixed soon. Tracking calories is what's keeping me going.

The Fitbit food database has disappeared. Does anyone have a fix beyond deleting the app or restarting my phone? I have also updated my IPhone to the newest IOS. None of these things worked.

Same. So frustrating. It seems there is always an issue with FitBIt and the only advice is to log out or update the app.

I started experience this too during dinner. I couldn't search for the pork that I had for dinner. Can somebody provide the answer for this question since I already did reinstalling, cache clearing, and force stopping?

I'm using the Macros app in the interim until it's fixed. Thank goodness I kept it in case this ever happened!

Same !! Worked fine till now. Ugh. 😩 this sucks. Please fix this. I had to manually add in “custom” foods just to log my dinner.
