hello @Shazrazmataz, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around @Krfaughnan and @Hchampaggne, thanks for joining the conversation.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, since when have you experienced this issue? Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted your tracker and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @Hchampaggne, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have already tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier. I'm glad to know that your tracker is syncing even if it's hard for it to sync sometimes. Please note that your Fitbit device can store up to 7 days of detailed information and 30 days of general one (totals) so you won't lose your data even if your device hasn't synced in a couple of days.
Nevertheless, if your tracker does not sync correctly, my best recommendation would be setting it up as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information already stored in your account.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

What am I suppose to do that everyday? I am convinced it is FItbit! Every morning same thing. It will eventually sync. But it take forever! like hours after I have been up and working out. It is so annoying. This is my first and LAST fitbit. I am saving for an IWatch.

I really do feel it is FitBit. This am same thing. It takes really most of the morning to it syncs. I dont feel rebooting the watch is something one should have to do everyday. I mean it eventually gets theres. But that isnt how it should be working. imo

It seems like over the las 4-5 months, the sync between iOS and my Fitbit has been a daily struggle. Also, MyFitnessPal doesn’t work ithbit very well anymore either. Sigh. The new UA Tracker is looking better and better.

Seriously?
If you purchased a new car, and each morning you had a really hard time starting it, so you take it to the dealer, and the dealer says: “just put the key in and turn it, then get out of the car, open all the doors, then close all the doors, then pop the trunk twice and it should start right up for you.“. This seems like an acceptable solution to the programmers that fit this seems like an acceptable solution to the programmers at Fitbit? I’ve begun looking for a new “car.”

Hi Marco,
I bought a verso and have the same issue as mentioned by several here. I have tried all your suggestions and nothing worked. As mentioned above, I don't expect you to suggest me to restart the device again as I have done this several thousand times and I have disconnected all other Bluetooth and WiFi devices except for the Fitbit and it's pairing phone. I hoping not to request for a refund.

Perfectly put! I second your thought. I waiting for Marco's reply and based on that might either request for a refund. When almost every verso user is having the issue and the company is still not able to understand the issue, iam sorry, I don't trust this company with my data either.

AND on Friday I upgraded to an Iphone X. It is even worse!!!! Now the dang thing is rebooting on its own... This am it just did it when I was trying to get 250 Steps in. SO I missed that hour. I am annoyed at it all.

Hi everyone! Good to see you all in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear most of you are still having problems getting your trackers to sync to your iPhones 😕
Just for all of us to be on the same page, make sure that you're running on the latest version of the Fitbit app and make sure you've updated your phone's OS to the latest version available as well. Now, Bluetooth issues are very common among devices, so there's something else I would recommend besides all you've already tried and it's removing your tracker from your connected Bluetooth devices.
go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Try this out and let me know how it goes!
