Thanks for bringing this to my attention, would it be possible to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app when you receive a friend request? That way I can forward it to our team.
In the meantime, please go to your online Dashboard and try to accept the friend requests from there.

At this moment I would like to suggest you to tap on your own name in the friends list and then to go back, the friend list should show correctly again.
