Hi

I have just installed my new Sense. I’m trying to access the notification menu in the app (iPhone), but when I click on it nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas what’s going on?

Hi @AnnaSpanner. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well for the screenshot provided. I've moved your post to the iOS App board so you can receive more related responses about this situation. Let me share that our team has received feedback from our members about this situation and I'd recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on your iPhone as last resort to get this corrected. Once that is done, log back into your account and try checking your Sense notifications settings one more time.

Hope this helps.

Welcome on board, @LHFibit.

Thanks for joining this thread. If you've not done so, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your iPhone as last resort. Then, open the Fitbit app, log back into your account, tap your profile icon > Versa and try accessing the notifications settings one more time. In regards to the notifications not going through your Versa, please check this help article and give a try to the troubleshooting tips described there.

If I do this then will I lose all my data? This is not my first Fitbit so I have quite a bit on there.

Thanks

If I reinstall my Fitbit app, will I lose my statistics? I’m on a roll with steps & don’t want to lose them. Thanks!

I have just uninstalled the app as suggested above. It seems to have fixed the problem and it didn’t delete all my data. 😊

Hi @AnnaSpanner. It's nice to see you around. @Srenee88 and @sportsmom63 Welcome on board.

Before anything else, let me clarify that we usually don't recommend to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on iOS devices. However, our team has received feedback from our members about not being able to access the notifications settings. For this reason, @Srenee88 and @sportsmom63 I'd suggest to try those steps as last resort to get this sorted out. Rest assured that the data already synced to your Fitbit accounts will not be deleted.

@AnnaSpanner Thanks for keeping me posted, I'm glad the suggestions worked for you. I hope you enjoy the experience with your Sense and its features.

See you around.
