Fuming! Went online chat absolutely useless & now on phone absolutely useless! Used to be really good customer service.
my app logged me out today I couldn’t log back in, tried to reset my password, no good. Then after a few attempts it made me a new account, resynced with my Facebook account. I have now lost 5 years worth of stuff!! I’ve asked them to search every possible email address but nothing!! And I know it’s the email address I have been using as I always used to get notifications through on that email!!!
