Welcome to the forums, @nalaz@Heather-S Thanks for stopping by to help our member.

@nalaz I've moved your posts to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for trying the suggestions shared by @Heather-S and just to confirm, is your Sense syncing correctly? I'm asking this as some tiles such as sleep and heart rate will appear as long as you have a Fitbit device that supports these stats paired on the Fitbit app. Assuming this is the case, I'd recommend setting up your watch as a new device. Once that is done, try editing the tiles on the dashboard one more time and let us know if it works.

About your other question, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Then turn on DND to turn off all the notifications on your watch. To learn more about the quick settings, check this help article.

@nalaz If you select the "Edit" button in the upper right hand corner and scroll down, is there an option to add back in the sleep and heart rate tiles?

No there is not the option. And when I go to discover and then try to go to hear rate and sleep that way, they are greyed out and don’t let me add them that way either

@nalaz Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app?

Yes, multiple times. I suspect it has something to do with the iOS update. Maybe a glitch 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

It’s not syncing at all. My phone can’t find it on Bluetooth either.
