Unable to change clock face on Versa.

When trying to change the clock face on my Versa using Fitbit app on my iPhone, receive error that my Fitbit isn’t connected-when in fact it is.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this situation to us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your phone, then restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, try to change the clock-face on it again. 

 

If you're still seeing the same error message, please reply to us with a screenshot of the error so we can check this further.
