After over a year I still can’t change an exercise category. Have tried all the obvious things and also following the advice from others on this forum (including solutions related to “manage data” when a screen flashes up then disappears before I’m taken back to the start).
I’m using latest iOS v16.7.8. I’m using latest Fitbit app v4.21. And in case it makes a difference I have a Versa 4. I have no problems with any other app on my phone.
I was hoping that future updates to the app would have fixed the bug, but sadly not.
Can someone please send me the solution. Thanks
Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately accessing the dashboard from the Mac does not work either.
