Unable to change language on app and Fitbit

I can’t seem to be able to change The language in both the app and the device. It saus on The webside that the language in The app change according to The language you have on your phone, but my phone is in norwegian and The app is still english?

Thanks for bringing this matter into my attention, as well for confirming that your phone is set to Norwegian. Let's work on this together! Make sure your Fitbit and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Then, I'll need you to try some steps on your phone and on a computer.

 

First, verify if the correct language is set on your phone:

  1. Please go to your iPhone's settings > General > Date & Time.
  2. Switch the automatic time to manual.
  3. Turn your phone off and on again.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and sync your watch.

 

Once that is completed, go to your computer and try the following:

  1. Open Chrome or any internet browser and go to your fitbit.com dashboard.
  2. Log in to your Fitbit account and tap on Settings at the upper right corner.
  3. Under Personal Info look for Timezone and select any time zone.
  4. Save the changes.

 

Then, go back to the Fitbit app on your iPhone and follow these steps:

  1. Tap on your profile picture > Advanced settings.
  2. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option and the selected time zone should appear.
  3. Please choose your correct time zone.
  4. Turn your phone off and on again.
  5. Try syncing your Fitbit one more time. The language should be displayed correctly on both, your phone and Fitbit app.
