Unable to close trophy screen on challenges.

When a challenge has been won and you are on the trophy screen, you can’t ‘x’ out of the challenge because the ‘x’ is up in the corner of the screen where the time for the phone is displayed.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to gather some information from you so I can check this further:

 

  • iPhone model you're currently using.
  • OS version your phone is running
  • App version installed on your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)
  • A screenshot of the screen giving you trouble. 

In the meantime, please restart your phone and open the Fitbit app again.

I have an Iphone x

OS 11.2.2

Fitbit 2.44.2 (739)

It is trying to 'X' out of this screen that is a challenge as it is right up where the time is displayed

Hello @P2kids3, thanks for your patience with this situation. Right now, I would like to ask you to force-quit the Fitbit app by following these steps, then open the app again and check if the screen corrects itself. 

 

To force-quit the app on iPhone X:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom and leave your finger on the screen about halfway up to activate multitasking mode.
  2. Next, long press on any of the app previews until a red circle shows up in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap on the circle to close the app.

I force quit my apps when I'm done using them, so this process has been repeated often, and has not corrected the closing out of the challenge trophy screen

The same here. This issue hasn’t been fixed; however, if I tap randomly in the upper left corner several times, I can close the award screen about 50% of the time. Makes me not want to win any badges which is counterintuitive!
