After a did a factory reserte of my fitbit HR, I am unable to connect the Fitbit to to computer or laptop. I've removed the device from the Windows 10 Fitbit application. When I setup a new device, it's failing after after searching for the bitbit. It's conected via bluetooth. I've tried internal bluetooth as well as the dongel that comes with the fitbit.

What should I do?

Welcome to our Communtiy @Stefanovic45! Thanks for stopping by! Robot HappySince you're trying to setup your tracker on your Windows device again, please make sure of the following:

1. You are running Windows Phone 8.1. Verify by opening your Settings > About. Under "Phone Information" it will tell you the Software that your device is running.
2. Bluetooth is enabled in Windows Phone Settings app. Bluetooth must be enabled in order to sync your tracker to your Windows Phone.

After doing that, please do the following:

1. Restart your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your Windows Phone device and attempt to pair your tracker with your phone once again.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
