I'm sure we have all encountered a time where you need to update your tracker's firmware and all we use is our mobile device. Well, here is how you can do it using your iOS device:
In case your firmware update takes a long time to complete, don't remove your tracker from your account as a troubleshooting measure. If you've done this, feel free to contact customer support.
