Since about june, it is impossible to create custom food / edit old ones in app. I had the problems before, there was an update sometimes in may, i think, which resolved the problem very shortly, then it started again. No improvement since. You create something, it stays correct for a couple of minutes, the units turns weird and every data you input disappears. And yes, i tried EVERYTHING (logging out/in rebooting, updating, reinstaling the app). Nothing helps. Very annoying to have to do this through the website. It’s as annoying as the other long-standing problem of the day-to-day inconsistency of the heart-rate graph (but that’s another story...) iPhone x, iOS 12.4.1

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried. I understand how you're feeling about this feature not working, let me help you out with this. To further investigate, please provide me with the following information:
- May I know what food database are you using? (See Account>Advanced Settings>Food Database).
- What language are you using the app in?
- What foods are you trying to log/edit?
- By any chance have you tried logging food in another device aside of your iPhone X? If so, does the same happen?

Thank you for your answer.
I use english in my app, and use mostly the french database.
But that’s not the problem, as i can’t create custom food or edit my own created custom food through the website. It used to work for a little while in the spring after an update (don’t remember which one), creating and editing, but starting in june i think everything went back.
