Unable to delete incorrect sleep

Fitbit always counts reading as sleep because I don’t move my arm enough. Now I can’t delete those logs, it says an error has occurred.

Hi there, @JustCate.

Thanks for sharing this with me. Because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue persists?

If so, I'd recommend trying the following steps to get the Fitbit app working again:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try deleting your sleep logs one more time.

Yes, still happening. The error message is “something went wrong, try
again” and the logs eventually disappear, seemingly on their own, a few
days after I've deleted them multiple times. Perhaps after they’ve synced a
few times?

Hi there, @JustCate.

Thanks for trying the steps suggested above, and the additional information. That's odd, but let's try something different. While we don't usually recommend it, as a last resort please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Then, log into your account and try deleting those sleep logs once more to see if they remain erased this time.

Not sure I want to delete the app… will data be lost? One more piece of
info: if I manually sync after deleting the logs disappear, even though I
get the error.
