Fitbit always counts reading as sleep because I don’t move my arm enough. Now I can’t delete those logs, it says an error has occurred.

Hi there, @JustCate.
Thanks for sharing this with me. Because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue persists?
If so, I'd recommend trying the following steps to get the Fitbit app working again:

Hi there, @JustCate.
Thanks for trying the steps suggested above, and the additional information. That's odd, but let's try something different. While we don't usually recommend it, as a last resort please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Then, log into your account and try deleting those sleep logs once more to see if they remain erased this time.

@JustCate It's good to see you around.
Thanks for the additional information. Regarding your question, the information that has already been synced should still be in your account. I'd suggest trying to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone. This can often refresh the app and might allow you to completely remove your sleep logs on the first attempt.
