Hi there, I have been using the app successfully for 2 weeks. Today when I went to the app it displayed a pop up that said "The ITunes store is unable to process purchases at this time. Please try again later". It wouldn't go away so I deleted the app. Now I am unable to download the app as this error keeps coming up. My IOS is up to date. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was able to check and confirm that an outage affected the Apple Store yesterday (March 27th), which is why many people were unable to update or download apps (including the Fitbit app). Please try to download the app again today and if you're still getting the same error message, please let me know.
