Unable to download app

I replaced my Fitbit which would not sync with the existing app. I deleted the existing app but now cannot download a new app. Please help. So basically can't download app help

Let me help you out, if you're experiencing issues downloading the app through the App Store try downloading it through this link, it should work fine.

Unfortunately it still does not download - it takes me to the Apple Store again. I have the latest update for software and operating system on my iPad which is where the original app was downloaded and where I would like to download the Fitbit app.

Hi there @christineuts! The iPad has the option to choose between iPhone or iPad apps. The reason why you're not seeing the Fitbit app is because is set in only iPad. I suggest switching to "Only iPhone" and search the Fitbit app. Once you have done that, you will be able to download the Fitbit app and install it.
