My Versa wont load music from my Apple Mac  I had a play list deleted it to put a second play list, but it says storage is full but the is nothing on my watch. Ive put it back to factory settings ,but its made no difference

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa and I'm sorry that the music is still unable to be downloaded. Let's work on this together! Before anything else, may I know how many apps are installed in your watch? I'm asking this as if you have too many apps and your playlist is too heavy, this will be the reason why the Fitbit app isn't allowing you to store music in your Versa. If this applies to you, I'd recommend to uninstall some apps from your watch and then try downloading music one more time.
