Unable to download the app, getting an error message.

I've today followed advice from this forum as I was getting a white screen when I opened the app, but now I cannot download the app.  I have tried several times but I'm getting the error unable to download at this time.  My Fitbit is on version 22.54.6, I'm trying to download the app version 2.39 and I'm on a iPhone 6s version 10.3.3

can any one help?
