Notification button is on. I have reset my tracker, deleted tracker and added new tracker, and followed all instructions from Fitbit. What other options are there?.

Hello @Gcarey8599, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, thanks for joining us. ![]()
Which tracker are you currently using? Since when have you experienced this situation? If you have already enabled Notifications in the Fitbit app, please go to your phone settings > notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
Additionally, if you're using a Charge 2, please make sure the tracker is not currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button for 2 seconds while on the clock screen. A message and a vibration will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()
