I cannot find my charge 4 in the bluetooth setting to connect it to my iphone and from the up if I try to set up, it keep giving me an error ( the operation couldn’t be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 403), but I cannot find anything useful there.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @marwan_yaseen. Thank you for letting us know about the error you get when you try connecting your Charge 4 with your iPhone. 

Please Uninstall/Reinstall Fitbit app and try connecting your Charge 4 again.
