When attempting to sync my Charge 3 to my iPhone XR, I am getting device not found. This has been going on since last week. I was finally able to get the Charge 3 to sync to my iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, the same thing is happening to me since last week. I have a iPhone XS Max and an Ionic, the app is again saying device not found. Please any help would be great.
