Unable to get Notifications on Ionic.

I have been unable to receive text notifications on my Ionic from my iPhone for 4 months now. I tried every troubleshooting step multiple times. 

Now, when I get ANY notifications, it just resets my watch. 

The Pandora and Weather app will not sync at all. 

Is FitBit giving up on iPhone compatibility?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue. At this moment, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further:

• iPhone model you're using.
• OS version running on your phone.
• Ionic version (tap on the Ionic picture in the Dashboard to get it)
• App version installed on your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)
• Exact list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

I switched to the Apple Watch. I gave Fitbit enough time (2 years) to fix the issues with iOS. I could not waste any more time troubleshooting.
