I am not getting them at all and I've tried everything. Resetting Bluetooth multiple times, disconnecting and reconnecting my devices, notifications on/off/on/off, turning device on/off/on/off etc... Absolutely nothing works. My notifications are o, on my device as well and still nothing.

Hello @LilMissAngi, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Tell me, which Fitbit device are you currently using? Since when have you experienced this situation? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If you have a Charge 2, Blaze, Ionic or Versa, please make sure the device is not currently in the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, as this will prevent it from receiving Notifications. To check this:

  • Charge 2, press and hold the button for 2 seconds, a vibration and a message will let you know if DND has been turned on or off.
  • Blaze, swipe down and check that Notifications are "ON"
  • Versa and Ionic, press the left button for 2 seconds and on the next screen swipe left and check that Notifications are "ON"

If you have already checked this, please try the following:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:

- Tap Pair

- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and check that the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in History

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
