I had over ten hours sleep and it only showed me a simplified version of the sleep track, like i had a nap. Does anyone know why i have this basic version?

Hello @KatChee, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Please note that the Fitbit app currently has in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this.The error messages are the following:
When you tap on Learn more, you will be able to get more information about why your tracker didn't record sleep stages. Additionally, I'd like to suggest the following:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Thanks for the welcome! Totally happy to be a part of all this. Answers are as follows;
*Yes I had more than 3 hours sleep.
*No it didn’t give me an error message like the naps do.
*No I didn’t activate the start sleep now function.
*Yes my Fitbit was fully charged.
*It has been working fine re: heart rate.
Anything else that that would do this??

Hello @KatChee, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and sharing your findings with me.
At this moment I would like to ask you to restart your tracker and monitor your sleep for the next night. If you're still not getting Sleep Stages, wear the tracker on your other wrist and check if Sleep Stages get recorded for the next night.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to reply.
