Unable to get calendar notifications on Alta HR.

Hello all!

I'm writing on behalf of my girlfriend, her Alta HR is giving her text and call notifications but the calendar notifications aren't coming through. She's tried all of the recommended fixes on the community. She's restarted everything, re-paired it, re-sync'd, untoggled and retoggled it a million times. Has anyone else had this problem? Specifically with the calendar?

iOS ver.12.1.4

iPhone 8 plus

Alta HR firmware 26.63.2

Thanks!

Hello @baefild, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your girlfriend's experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps she have tried already. Tell me, is she trying to receive calendar Notifications from the iOS Calendar app or from a 3rd party Calendar app? If it's from the iOS Calendar app, I would like to suggest you to go to her phone's Settings > Notifications > Calendar and make sure to that in every option, Upcoming Events, Invitations, Invitee Responses, etc., the option for Sounds, is set to aany other than None. Additionally, make sure that under Alerts, all options are selected.

After that, restart the phone and let us know if anything changes. Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
