On November 3 I changed Fitbit account to Google since then I have logged out and in every day, called and chatted with customer support still not able to receive feed, see my friends and no list of groups
first I was told to wait 2 or 3 days for feed than I was told the matter was escalated and I would receive an email notification
nothing was resolved
just now I logged out restarted phone and logged back in I have to do this each morning in order to sync today’s numbers because for some glitch it shows yesterday’s numbers
does a resolution exist?

Returning for refund. Required to move to Google since taking that step lost all friends, unable to get feed, unable to access groups, doesn’t track stairs, freezes when trying to sync. Had to turn off phone multiple times to complete sync. Tracks steps when not worn, and calorie burn, inaccurate timing for exercise duration. Very disappointed
