Have been using a Fitbit since 2016, purchasing a new Charge approximately every two years. Currently have the Charge 5. Until the new software update little software glitches would occur but were brief. This new software update is terrible. First, could it look any worse? No battery level besides “medium”? According to the App I have not met my exercise goals for three days. Sleep data is totally unreliable. I had the opportunity to receive a brand new Apple Watch last month and now wish I took advantage of the offer. Seriously, Google owns Fitbit and cannot get this right? Put some money in this or else Apple will have the default monopoly in smart watches. I really like Apple products but have stuck with the Fitbit up until now. Show us you care, fix the software or go back to the previous version that worked.
