Hi @GobbleGobble. It's nice to see a new member around.

Thanks for sharing these details with me, as well for the troubleshooting steps. I'm sorry that you've had this experience, and I'll be here to assist you with your inquiries. Just to confirm, do you mean the in-app notifications aren't longer appearing? Or is the issue with the notifications on your phone not going through your Fitbit device? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.

Now, about your other inquiry, please try the following to reconnect Strava with Fitbit:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect Strava from the Fitbit app from your Fitbit account.
  5. Then visit strava.fitbit.com and tap or click Connect.
  6. Log in to your Strava account.
  7. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.

I'll be around, keep me posted!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. Both of them.
I have restarted the Fitbit and phone numerous times

It doesn’t synch and I get no texts to Fitbit anymore either

Everything worked fine until the new update

We followed everything as if it were new.
It all shows connected as well. Connected to Bluetooth, wifi, devices paired and connected through apps

Hi @GobbleGobble. I'm glad to see you here again, and I'm sorry for my delay.

Thanks for the steps that you've tried on your own, as well for the information provided. I understand how you're feeling about this situation, and if your Fitbit device is still not syncing I'll need you to provide me with the model of your Fitbit device and your iPhone's model. Also, let's give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app one more time.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on the profile's icon and then on setup a device.
  4. Choose your Fitbit device, tap on replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Once the process is completed, proceed to setup the notifications.

Now, by connected through apps do you mean that the Fitbit app was able to connect to Strava? If not, please provide me with more details of the issue so I can continue helping you with this.

Let me know how everything goes.
