Got the new update for iOS and no longer gets notifications and doesn’t connect with Strava
all updates done
followed all work arounds
what else is needed? A Garmin?

Just to confirm, do you mean the in-app notifications aren't longer appearing? Or is the issue with the notifications on your phone not going through your Fitbit device? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
