My charge 2 is not receiving text notifications after I updated my iPhone 8 Plus to iOS 12. It will vibrate when the phone rings but not for texts. I have reset everything including pay phone. I did the “forget device” too. Nothing seems to work for me. Any other suggestions?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting me know you've already tried to restart your phone and Charge 2 and also for having restarted Notifications on your device. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:

 

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in History.
