Unable to get texts to my fit bit Charge 2 but can get calls
I have tried all the trouble shooting methods, I was receiving texts but now that has stopped?
I am using an IPhone and Fit Bit Charge 2, do I need to return my Fitbit?
ive restarted app, deleted and re downloaded, restarted, paired and unpaired?

Best AnswerI just received a new Fitbit charge 2, international version. It do we not give alert for texts but does for phone calls. I have it paired with my iPhone 6. I've tried suggestions listed but I am hoping someone may have resolved the issue by now.

Tried this... still no messages or phone calls showing up on my Fitbit charge 2
UPDATE:
Turned my phone off and back on again and now it’s working yeaaaa
