I have the same issue. I am a researcher working with many people that use FitBits and iOS email accounts. For the past 8 weeks or so, any time I try to open Fit Bit accounts using iOS email (icloud) I never get the verification emails. I have about 5 accounts that are having this issue since the end of July. Support team is doing nothing to help iOS users. What gives? I am waiting to have this resolved and now am having to wait 4 days until I hear back from escalated "help" from FitBit. I am running out of patience.

Welcome to the Community Forums @covidwalker.
I appreciate the details provided about the difficulties that you are experiencing with the verification emails. I was able to see that you have reached out to our Support Team and as they have mentioned to you, they forwarded your case to our higher support team. Please stay tuned to your inbox, I'm pretty sure they've done their best to provide a high level of support. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.
In the meantime, please note that this could be because your email provider is blocking email messages from us. We've attempted to remove the block on our end.
If you're still not receiving email messages from us, try adding messages-noreply@account.fitbit.com and noreply@fitbit.com to your email contacts and try to send the verification email again. If you still don't receive an email message, contact your email provider.
On a side note, I've moved your post to this thread so we can keep our forums organized.
See you around.

I confirmed with iCloud (Apple) that the issue is not on their end, it's on yours. I get other types of emails from FitBit, but not the account verification. So no, my email provider is NOT blocking anything. I get every other type of email, but not from FitBit verification. It is something recent, in the past 8 weeks.
