Unable to install Spotify app to sync

Can’t get past “make sure both devices/ apps are updated” message. Have tried everything it says to, reinstall, reboot both devices, updates... no luck. Unable to attach photo of message to this post, on a phone.

Are you trying to do this on a new Charge 4? If so, you may need an update to the tracker. See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Spotify-and-or-Clockfaces-not-compatible-with-device-Charge...
