Unable to join a challenge.

I have been participating in the same Challenge with the same group of friends for about two years. This week I accepted the Challenge but then I noticed it wasn't showing. When I click on the invitation to join it takes me to the app store to get the app. I have the app. It is updated. Why is it doing this? How do I fix it?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, did you accept the invite from the Fitbit app or from your email? Have you experienced this issue before? Would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of what you're able to see when you accept the invite? 

 

I will appreciate if you could reply to me with the information requested, that will be very helpful for me to check this further. Additionally, I would like to suggest you to ask your friends to invite you again to the challenge in case you no longer have the invite.
