Unable to join challenges.

Is anyone else having trouble joining the current challenges? All it does when I click to join challenge is ask me to invite friends and I click done. Instead of letting me join it takes me back to the first screen to join. Just goes round and round.

Since when have you experienced this issue? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I logged out and restarted phone and it worked. This is the first time I've experienced any trouble! Thanks for your help!!
