Hello @Charger777, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Are your trackers not syncing or are you trying to set them up in your account? Have you restarted your trackers and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest the following:

  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  • If you still have your old phone, go to the Bluetooth settings, check if your trackers are on the list of paired devices; if they are, please tap on them and select "Forget this Device", then try to sync with your new phone.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up or syncing process.
  • Make sure your phone has a strong WiFi signal or enough cellular data.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
