Unable to join/ make challenge

I have recently been unable to join and make challenges. I press to create etc but nothing comes up in the app to show the scores of everyone involved, and also when i am invited to a challenge it only appears via email and not in the app and the link in the email doesnt seem to work either!

please help!

This seems like a very odd situation, since when have you experienced this situation? 

 

At this moment, I would like to suggest you some troubleshooting steps that might be helpful in case the app is having trouble communicating with our servers:

 

  • Force-close the app by double-tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
