My Fitbit doesn't track my steps when I am pushing a stroller or cart. Anyone have any advise?

Hello @Jenny72222, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If you're doing some activities like pushing a stroller or shopping cart, your wrist-based tracker might not count your step, as Fitbit trackers use the natural movement of the arms when walking to count steps and when you're pushing a stroller the tracker might be completely static during the activity.

I'd like to mention that there's currently a suggested idea by @fudge22 to implement a stroller mode in a future update. Feel free to vote for it or add your comment to show your support, this is the best place to make your voice heard.

I hope this information had been useful, feel free to reply if you need anything else!
