Unable to locate app on iPad.

Can anyone please tell me the name of the exact app for my Fitbit blaze for my iPad Air?

 Initially when I bought the fit bit I had a good app but now I deleted it to reinstall it and it’s not there. So now which one do I choose to put on my iPad Air. Thank goodness I didn’t delete the app on the iPhone. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Maplewing59, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. 

Please note that the Fitbit app used for iPads is the same one used for iPhones, in this case I would like to suggest you to go to the App Store on your iPad, on the top  left corner, where it says "iPad only" tap and select "iPhone only", then you will be able to see the Fitbit app.

I’m still unable to find the app for the Fitbit Blaze on my iPad. I did what you said (upper left corner iPad only) I initially had it but I deleted it to reboot it and I could never find it again. I did see an app on “how to find your Fitbit” which looks just like the one I want.

I appreciate you have tried to search for the Fitbit app in your iPad, please keep in mind that your App Store should say "iPhone Only" for the app to show up in the App Store. Once "iPhone Only" is selected you can search for "Fitbit" or "Fitbit Inc." and the first result will be the Fitbit app, which will work with your Fitbit Blaze. 

- First, you will be able to see the App Store like this.

If you notice the official app is still not showing up.

- Then, go ahead and click on "iPad only" to change it for "iPhone Only"

- Finally, you will be able to find the app when the App Store shows "iPhone Only". 

You'll now be able to download the app.
