Hi, when I first set up account it asked me to choose a timescale for losing weight with different levels of hardness. I haven’t been able to find that screen again. I want to be able to change the weight loss timescale. I’m on iOS . Thankyou

Two ways to get there Tina. Link

I prefer the computer method,

  1. On the fitbit.com dashboard, hover your mouse over the bottom of the weight tile.
  2. Click the gear icon.
  3. In the weight tile, click Goal Weight.
  4. Click Add weight goal
  5. Select a goal type (lose, gain, or maintain). You'll be prompted to enter your goal weight and, optionally, a body fat percentage goal.
  6. Click Save.

That timescale chart is on your mobile,

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon (gray'd index card in upper right)
  2. Scroll up slightly to the Goals section. You should see your goals here, if no values you'll need to go back and set one, then touch "food" , "help me set goal" to see your current weight and goal weight, forward arrow...
  3. Now choose Easier, Medium, Kinda Hard, or Harder
  4. Touch Next a couple of times to see the "summary" chart of your plan choice, back to adjust it.

Keep pushing & moving 🙂

For anyone using Android - I have a Charge 3, and the info is found a little differently:

When you are on mobile, on your dashboard, click your face/icon on the top left (the heading at the top will now read: "Account")

- On that page, scroll down, under Goals, to Nutrition & Body.

- Under Nutrition, click Food Plan, Edit Plan, set your start Weight and Goal Weight - then click Next.

- Here is where you can change your Plan Intensity.

Easier - Lose 0.5 lbs/week

Medium - Lose 1 lb/week

Kinda Hard - Lose 1.5 lbs/week

Hard - Lose 2 lbs/week

Then click Next, Next, Next, Save Plan.

Where are the base calories listed to see which plan you want. If the easy is 2500 a day.
