I had some issues today with my Charge 3 not syncing with the app (on an iPhone 6) and so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won't let me log back in. I can only log in on the website. It says "Oops something went wrong" every time I try to log in. Anyone else having this issue?

I have had syncing issues more frequently today then most days. My friends and I also discussed it in a challenge as well because they too noticed the poor syncing issues today. But I have had the “oops something went wrong” before in the past when trying to log on. I ended up calling Fitbit Customer Service and they told me that they were experiencing an outage in my area. After sometime of retrying to sign in it finally let me sign in. You can call Fitbit Customer Service and see if that may be the case with you as well. (Before you Call do make sure your Fitbit Tracker is indeed connected to Bluetooth and your internet is up and running as a way of verifying it’s not on your end) Good Luck to you

I will never understand why people delete an app. It solves nothing and in a lot of cases it causes more
