Edit training details on iOS vs Android

Hi there. I did a forum search but did not find a useable answer.

As I frequently miss to stop the training logging when finished, I'm looking for a way to modify the details of a training (mostly duration) after sync with the android app. I cannot find any option within the App to do this.

So, as of today, I open Fitbit on my I-Pad and modify the duration of the training there. I cannot really believe that this option is only available on iOS but it's just not as visible (for me)...

Hello @MatthiasH

I completely understand your frustration of not being able to modify your exercise (mostly duration) using an Android device. I personally have an iOS device and I can clearly modify exercises. I agree that Apple Devices and IOS are different but like you I cannot understand why an App, such as the Fitbit App doesn’t have the same capabilities “within” the app. It’s a programming code that’s simply implemented into the app and could have easily been implemented in both types of devices. But you can clearly stop looking for the way to modify the exercise on an Android at this time because it simply does not exist. It’s placed under the Fitbit Suggestion currently....most likely to die a painful death of loneliness from being ignored. But, with that said I’m happy you were at a minimum able to go to your iPad and alter there.....most likely not as convenient but I guess more deemed in the realm of a workaround.

Hi @MatthiasH. It's nice to see a new member around.

Thanks for the information provided and let me help you with your question. As you've noticed, currently the option to edit your exercise details is available just on iOS devices. I understand where are you coming from and I'm sorry that this isn't possible on your Android. Our team often checks the Community posts to work on the Fitbit app based on every comment posted here, and I'm sure your feedback will not go unnoticed.

Hope to see you around!
