Unable to log food on the Fitbit app

When I try to log food into the app it doe not save it.  If I log food into the website on my PC, then it will save.  Is anyone else having this problem? I just started tracking my food Monday, but I can't get it to work.

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with the Fitbit app when logging food. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.
  3. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  6. Try to log food again. For more information see How do I track my food with the Fitbit app?
