Unable to log in to the app. (iPhone 7)

I have upgraded to an Iphone 7 today.  My Fitbit App automatically loaded but now it won't let me log in...The request timed out.  I already pretended that I forgot my password...But didn't.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Have you restarted your phone as well? If so, I would like to suggest you to turn off WiFi on your phone and try to log in using your cellular data. Once you've logged in, turn WiFi again.
