I am having trouble logging in to my app account. I keep getting an error message saying invalid password or email. What can i do

Hello @Prudie, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with the Fitbit app with us. Tell me, if you go to the online Dashboard, are you able to log in with your credentials? If so, please reset your password through the Fitbit app and try to log in again. Additionally, make sure you don't have any child block or VPN enabled in your WiFi Network as this might prevent you from logging in too.
