Hello! So when I try to log in on the app on iOS, it just stays stuck on the "Logging In" loading screen forever until I terminate the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Even when I try to reset my password in the app, I get the message of:
Failed to send
oauth_acceptable_timestamps=150100
7768-1501008368
Any ideas?

I appreciate you've taken the time to submit the error message you received. It seems that you will need to adjust the time on your phone in order to log in to the Fitbit app. Please go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. After enabling it, try to log in to the Fitbit app once again.
