Unable to log in to the app.

I updated the FitBit app on my iPhone 7 Plus. Now I can't log in - getting the  (NetworkbitKit.HTTPError error 1.) error.  I see this is a common problem. 45 minutes of trouble shooting accomplished nothing. 

 

Do you have a timeline for a resolution to this problem? Do you test your updates before releasing them?

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please turn off WiFi and Bluetooth from the phone's Settings (not through Control Center) and try to log in.
