Can't login using app, only have access to my account using browser

I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details and to look into this, may I know the model of your phone? Do you get an error message when trying to log in?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap Log In.
  4. Enter the email address and password used for your account.
