At the beginning of the week my app lost the ability to sync to my device however I was still receiving text notifications on my Fitbit. I tried deleting the app and clearing the cache and now I cannot log into the app at all. The app is up to date as is my iOS.

Thanks for the details and steps tried prior to posting. This is odd and to look into this, may I know what error message is displayed when trying to log in? Did you make sure to update the Fitbit app? Also, what is the model of your Fitbit device?
I understand you've tried troubleshooting the Fitbit app, but please give a try to the following:
- Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap Log In and enter your credentials.
- Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
Once that is done, you can set up the notifications and any other feature one more time.
